Qualifications
Your Mission:
- Lead and manage the compliance aspects of GMark Oman and Bahrain Certification programs.
- Ensure full alignment with GSO (GCC Standardization Organization) Oman DGSM and Bahrain BTMD regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key authorities and stakeholders representing the company professionally and proactively.
- Monitor regulatory updates and implement required changes in certification processes.
- Maintain excellence in documentation reporting and internal audits.
- Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for internal and external queries related to the programs.
You Bring:
- Solid experience in Product Certification Compliance TIC (Testing Inspection Certification) services or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of GMark Oman EE and Oman COC and Bahrain EE regulations and conformity assessment schemes.
- Sound understanding of ISO/IEC 17065.
- Proven experience in leading scope expansion initiatives and managing regulatory projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams and deliver on timelines.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Middle East Certification Schemes requirements and procedures.
- Experienced in GSO KSA UAE Oman Bahrain Certification Schemes for Safety and Energy Efficiency.
- Deep knowledge of the TIC business and the industries in which the business functions.
- Understanding of scheme operation requirements and ability to connect those to business needs and customer preferences.
- Natural influencing skills confident and be able to deliver the message.
- Ability to network and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders and lead/facilitate collaboration toward a common goal.
- Able to deal in the ambiguity and take decisions support customer in understanding their problem and provide valid solutions based on their knowledge schemes and past experiences.
- Experienced and knowledgeable for a certain geographic area specific areas of regulations.
- Excellent in communication strong project management able to summarize requirements and describe difficult concepts in a clear way network builder.
- Bachelors Degree Engineering International Relations or other specialization based on the specific coverage preferred.
