Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Executive with experience in the real estate industry to support daily HR operations recruitment onboarding and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be familiar with UAE labour laws and HR best practices especially in a fastpaced salesdriven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the endtoend recruitment process: sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts offer letters and warning letters
Coordinate with PROs for visa processing renewals and cancellations
Manage attendance leaves and payroll coordination with accounts team
Support performance appraisal processes and training sessions
Foster a positive workplace environment and employee engagement activities
Assist with exit formalities and documentation
Maintain confidentiality and handle HR queries professionally

Requirements

Minimum 1 2 years of experience in HR (Real Estate experience is a strong advantage)
Solid understanding of UAE labour law and HR practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Zoho People Bitrix or similar)
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
