Job Description

Hiring Now: High-Risk Payment Gateway Coordinator!

Location: Dubai Full-Time Role AED/month Perks

Are you experienced in payment operations within gaming or other high-risk industries Were looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital payments (UPI cards wallets) who can coordinate with banks and PSPs ensure smooth processing and support compliance.

What Youll Do:

Manage daily coordination with banks and payment partners

Track transactions settlements chargebacks and fraud trends

Support compliance with RBI PCI-DSS and AML/KYC standards

Work cross-functionally with tech finance and legal teams

Help onboard and manage payment service providers (PSPs)

Maintain records workflows and reconciliation data.

Coordinate with PSPs and banks on API-based payment flows and ensure KYC/AML protocols are followed.

What Were Looking For:

12 years of experience in payment ops or fintech (preferably in high-risk domains)

Strong grasp of UPI payment gateways wallets and reconciliation

Knowledge of chargeback handling and fraud detection basics

Excellent coordination follow-up and communication skills

Experience with international PSPs gaming platforms

Familiarity with cross-border payments and APMs
