Position: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (Ocean & Land Freight)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager specializing in Ocean and Land Freight. The role requires a proactive individual with proven expertise in developing new business and maintaining a robust existing client network within the UAE logistics market. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base maximizing market share and enhancing profitability across Ocean and Road Freight segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in Ocean and Land Freight.
Manage a robust sales pipeline handling the full sales cycle from lead generation through client onboarding.
Utilize existing professional networks to generate sustainable growth and meet business objectives.
Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets of AED 100000 Gross Profit (GP).
Collaborate closely with internal commercial and operational teams across regional offices to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting monitoring industry trends competitor activity and client requirements.
Professionally represent the company at industry events meetings and networking forums.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales/business development within Ocean and Land Freight in the UAE.
Demonstrable client portfolio specifically in Sea and Land Freight services.
In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations multimodal logistics customs procedures and regional transportation networks.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-motivated and results-oriented thriving in competitive sales environments.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary between AEDper month.
Attractive quarterly incentive/commission structure based on performance (targeting a GP of 4x monthly salary).
