Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Outlet Supervisor (Turkish Speaker - Butler) to join our luxury hospitality team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this unique role you will combine supervisory responsibilities with exceptional butler services ensuring our Turkish-speaking guests receive world-class experiences.
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Provide personalized butler services to Turkish-speaking guests anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
- Lead and mentor a team of staff fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Manage guest requests complaints and special arrangements with utmost professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness organization and presentation in all assigned areas
- Implement and uphold company policies procedures and service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement processes as needed
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Serve as a cultural liaison for Turkish-speaking guests providing insights and recommendations
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Turkish and English (bilingual) with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the luxury hospitality industry
- Demonstrated expertise in butler services and high-end customer care
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of Turkish culture and customs
- Proficiency in luxury hospitality standards and etiquette
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Professional butler certification (preferred)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver exceptional service in high-pressure situations
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with discerning clientele
