• Manage kitchen controls such as; labor cost, inventory and stock management, scheduling, ordering on a daily basis
• Follow and enforce compliance to all restaurant safety and sanitation, security policies and procedures in line with the local municipality codes in the work place
• Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship between management team and the kitchen staff
• Assist in continuing growth, training and development, retention, and engagement of employees inside the kitchen
