Senior ICT Infrastructure Manager (SPM)

Manage ICT Package design scope to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate the ICT Package design phase activities and deliverables with the Client, architects, engineers, sub-consultants, stakeholders, agencies, tenants, airlines, etc., relative to facilities design and systems, performing QA audits of the design consultants to ensure design quality.

Coordinate project reviews, value engineering exercises and construction submittal reviews by consultants.

Chair and conduct ICT Package design reviews, coordinate and attend related meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and coordinate presentation material.

Chair and coordinate ICT Workstream activities and deliverables that are part of New Terminal Systems Transition Project.

Verify consultant and contractor billings for the approval process.
