• * Collaborate with the Account Cloud Engineers and Sales in the field to define the scope and deliverables for the customer requirements
• Support the Account Cloud Engineers in describing the proposed solutions providing deep expertise and experience about a specific domain.
• Articulates differentiators against competition.
• Identifies market trends and value propositions.
• Thought Leadership and Evangelism
• Continuously invest in deepening domain skills by taking relevant training courses
• Proactively participate to define and rollout sales initiatives.
• Work closely with Product Management to gain early competence in new domain solutions/features.
• Have a deep understanding of the competitors equivalent cloud offerings and OCI competitive differentiators
• Cross-collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely and collaboratively as one team with other domains, workload architects, lift team and shared services.
• Collaborate across the ecosystem of Consulting, Customer Support and Oracle partners to scale the engagement model
• Contribute to the relevant Communities of Practice (CoP) to foster better collaboration
• Identify and develop team assets (white papers, blogs, slack support, reference architectures, and software migration components) to help other groups gain relevant experience in deploying their domain solutions.
• Governance & Reporting
• Complete all relevant certifications and other mandatory enablement
• Fully understand and leverage the systems in place to support customer strategic engagements.
• Provide timely status updates and other reports as required.
