Job Description
- Responsible for the overall content ecosystem, key partnerships, and user operations to drive growth of TikTokin order to develop a sustainable business.
- Partner closely with the sales, product, comms, marketing, user growth, T&S, legal, and policy teams in order to support, innovate and effectively grow our user base.
- Lead and grow a high performing, diverse & inclusive team that reflect TikTok's values and is driven by a culture of empowerment and collaboration.
- Understand the content ecosystem , and drive diversified and safe content on the platform to attract and retain users.
- Develop local market strategies and drive their successful implementation (DAU, MAU, retention rate etc.).
- Act as a key spokesperson for the TikTok business in META with partners, press, policymakers, and other stakeholders, to present TikTok's narrative clearly and with local resonance.
- Closely partner with the Global Business Solutions team to support revenue efforts.
- Interface with creators, publishers, music and media partners.
