You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, you will be responsible for ensuring the spa team consistently delivers a personalized, star spa experience for each and every guest and take steps to do the ordinary in an extraordinary way.

What you will be doing:
• Efficient running of the spa operation ensuring bookings are optimized and revenue maximized
• Ensuring that spa team are following their set duties on a day to day basis and motivated at work
• Ensure that all sales activities determined by General Manager are followed in order to maximize spa sales
• Ensure the spa is following Brand Guidelines
• To be responsible for the spa p & l and financial reporting
• To achieve the spa budget on a monthly basis
• To work in conjunction with General Manager on creating Spa Promotions and communicating them to Sales & Marketing and in house departments
• Ensuring efficient running of departmental inventory
• Monitoring spa costs in line with budget
• Assist colleagues and guests with product information and retail sales
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards
• Ensuring spa colleagues are up to date with PDI, PMP and Career Development plans at all times
• Motivating and guiding all spa colleagues in their daily duties
• Identifying any areas of non-performance and working on the gaps
• Identifying any areas of focus needed for the engineering team and follow up accordingly
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation and hygiene policies
Your experience and skills include:
• Similar experience in the same field is mandatory
• Previous team handling experience is a must
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred.
