Job Description

You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, you will be responsible for ensuring the spa team consistently delivers a personalized, 5 star spa experience for each and every guest and take steps to do the ordinary in an extraordinary way.

What you will be doing:

• Efficient running of the spa operation ensuring bookings are optimized and revenue maximized

• Ensuring that spa team are following their set duties on a day to day basis and motivated at work

• Ensure that all sales activities determined by General Manager are followed in order to maximize spa sales

• Ensure the spa is following Brand Guidelines

t
• To be responsible for the spa p & l and financial reporting
