Job Description

Swissotel Al Ghurair & Swissotel Living Al Ghurair Hotel is a 620-room-and-suite upper upscale property. Catering for both business and leisure clientele. The hotel is located in Deira in the heart of Dubai and within easy reach of major tourist landmarks, leisure destinations and city services. It is linked to the Al Ghurair Shopping Centre, only 3 stops away on the Dubai Metro from the Dubai World Trade Centre and a 10 minute drive from Dubai International Airport.
Assistant Sales Manager- Corporate & MICE
Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests

What you will be doing:
• To assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in the execution of the segment strategy
• Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business
• Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the hotel and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams

Your experience and skills include:
• Dubai hotel experience
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Sales hunter with a creative initiatives to drive sales
• Flexibility and adaptability to work under market pressures
• Proven track record on closing sales
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking
