Account Executive

Prospecting and selling Motor, Marine and General Business insurance excluding Medical insurance

Identifying prospects through various sales channels especially cold calling and networking

Consistent activity to exceed sales targets

Visiting potential clients and assessing corporate insurance requirements

Designing adequate covers and providing appropriate consultations

Preparing proposals and conducting presentations

Organize and follow-up with internal servicing teams

Manage/secure renewals and establishing relationship with customers

Following up on collection of payment

Participating in sales meetings and appraisals

Attending Job related trainings and events to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

2 to 5 years of experience in the sales and marketing of insurance will be an added benefit

Ambitious with ability to work under pressure

Motivated, enthusiastic and result focused

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Continuously demonstrate problem solving / positive attitude
