Job Description
- Lead team of research assistantsin further developing the parameters of two in-progress studies,and oversee the execution and analysis of these studies over thenext three to five years Strengthen thesignificance of these projects by contributing expertise of thefield, familiarity with published research and experience withdesigning and conducting previous experiments Spearhead additional social science experiments, educateresearch staff on background, allocate study design duties andoversee implementation of tasks Create and usemethods for measuring human behavior, such as test protocols,computer programs, physical apparatuses and biophysical profilingdevices
- Follow emerging social scienceresearch and current events to develop more comprehensiveunderstanding of human behavior and inform further directions ofstudy Write academic articles detailing thebackground, development, execution, results and conclusions ofstudies, and submit at least three articles per year to socialscience journals Contribute critical knowledgeto grant proposals, recommend information to be included andapprove final drafts before submission Reviewstudies conducted by other social scientists for errors inreliability, validity and other strength factors, completing atleast one review per month
