Communications Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Conceptualize and produce clear, succinct and effective messaging for in a variety of settings and to a wide audience, which ranges from non-native English speakers to senior stakeholders

Ensure that both internal and external communications maintain tone of voice, both in terms of the message itself and how that message is communicated.

Creatively collaborate with all departments in the planning, creation and implementation of internal communications, including signage, presentations, photo- or video shoots and others.

Intelligently respond to feedback from staff and senior management, and adjust communications content accordingly.

Draft messages or scripts for the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team, including content for the annual Town Hall gathering.

Contribute content for social media channels to underscore PR messaging.

Produce and maintain press kits for, individual business units and key members of the Executive Leadership Team.

Produce monthly reports on press coverage and manage digital clipping services for PR efforts.
