- r Electrician br You perform highly diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain the property s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests br What is in it for you br Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide br Learning programs through our Academies br Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world br Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities like Planet 21 br What you will be doing br Executes all periodic inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical distribution systems lights generators etc as per the annual maintenance charts br Attends maintenance and repair calls and conducts regular readings to evaluate consumption br Ensures a safe working environment for all technical staff and fully complies with the energy conservation program br Your experience and skills include br Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset br Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities br Highly responsible amp reliable br Your team and working environment br The pre-opening project consists of 3 famous Accor brands - Adagio Novotel and M venpick hotels which will have a total of 885 rooms all located in Jumeirah Village Triangle by Mohammed Bin Zayed Road E311 opposite City
