Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests in the French Pavilion of Expo 2020.

What you will be doing:
t
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Restaurant team in the hotel and Expo site.
t
• Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure that Accor brand standards are maintained.
t
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
t
• You will need to have a passion for a great customer service and be able to ensure that every guest experience counts.
t
• To be aware of the content of all menu items and to ensure your team is also fully competent
t
• Seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by gaining feedback to improve restaurant services
Your experience and skills include:
t
• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
t
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is important.
t
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
