Job Description
•Prepare contracts, leases renewals, following payment & process Ejary contracts
•Handling properties purchases.
•Follow up with customer for the pending payments and generating customer invoices.
•Doing online payment & handling Dewa accounts
•Ensure timely receipt of rental incomes.
•Account Management - Monitor and follow up receivables of lease rentals- preparing/issuing cheques & accounting entries.
•Managing the bank accounts.
