Operations Manager

Manage the day to day operations in reliable fashion while adhering to our core value excellence of content .

Implement, improve and maintains the operational functions of the departments and pods while achieving effective and efficient service to the customers with a focus on quality, productivity, safety and loss prevention.

Understand and implement our unique product process, objectives and the methodology of applying assessment of the team s work.

Manage and enforce the daily operation tasks and deliverables.

Train and ensure all assigned associates are aware of and comply with company, policies, procedures and regulations.

Leverage continuous improvement methods to enhance productivity and process accuracy while maintaining a healthy work environment.

Perform managerial functions, such as, mentoring, coaching, administering performance assessments, conducting disciplinary actions and interviewing employment candidates.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

10 to 12 years of post, graduation experience with minimum 5 years of in Managerial or similar senior administrative role

The ideal candidate will be experienced in both managerial and Digital Media, Advertising or Marketing fields

Excellent communication skills in English Language
