Key Responsibilities:
- Telesales:
- Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Provide product/service information answer inquiries and follow up with leads.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Presales:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present solutions.
- Assist in creating sales proposals presentations and sales documentation.
- Provide product demos and technical clarifications to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth handovers from presales to sales.
- Sales Support:
- Manage and update customer databases and sales reports.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings calls and presentations for the sales team.
- Handle client followups and ensure excellent customer service.
- Support the sales team with any administrative tasks required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 13 years of experience inTelesalesPresales orSales Coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
