Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage BIM implementation across architectural projects ensuring compliance with project standards.
- Develop maintain and coordinate highdetail BIM models (LOD 300400 using Revit and other BIMrelated software.
- Work closely with structural MEP and interior design teams to resolve design clashes and optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations authority requirements and GCC project standards.
- Oversee BIM documentation technical submissions and project deliverables.
- Conduct clash detection model validation and coordination reviews using Navisworks and BIM 360.
- Provide technical expertise in BIM workflows model audits and quality control.
- Assist in project planning scheduling and integration of Lean BIM methodologies.
- Support the project team with technical guidance problemsolving and best BIM practices.
- Attend project meetings liaise with consultants contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project .
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with proven expertise in GCC projects especially in the UAE.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM) Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 360.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations authority approval processes and international BIM standards.
- Excellent technical expertise in architectural detailing coordination and model management.
- Ability to lead BIM coordination meetings troubleshoot modelrelated issues and optimize workflows.
- Strong problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
