Job Description
Engineering Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our engineering team. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper maintenance safety and efficiency of all facilities while leading a team of engineers and technicians.
What you will be doing:
- Supervise and coordinate the engineering team in maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure all mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC systems operate efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend costsaving measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and prepare reports.
- Train and guide engineering team members to enhance skills and productivity.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Serviceoriented mindset with a strong focus on maintaining a seamless guest experience.
- Proven experience in engineering maintenance or facility management preferably in a hospitality or highpaced operational environment.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fastpaced setting while ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues and other departments effectively.
- Excellent communication and professional demeanor ensuring clear interaction with team members guests and management.
- Technical expertise in mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC systems with a problemsolving approach.
