We are looking for a CRM Specialist/Data Analyst to manage lead data generate reports and optimize lead distribution processes. You will bridge data analysis with effective lead management to enhance sales performance and improve business decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Log and track leads from various channels in CRM (Salesforce) and automate lead assignment to agents.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate automated reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Power BI to track sales and project performance.
- Excel Proficiency: Use advanced Excel for data analysis modeling and visualization.
- Lead Scoring: Implement AI tools for lead scoring and categorization to prioritize highvalue leads.
- Client Engagement Analysis: Analyze customer behavior across platforms (e.g. Telegram) to improve engagement and conversions.
- Process Improvement: Standardize data entry and improve lead management processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics or related field.
- Experience:12years in CRM data analysis or lead management preferably in real estate.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce Power BI and Excel. Knowledge of AI tools for lead scoring is a plus.
- Communication: Ability to present data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
