Job Description
We are partnering with an awardwinning liquidity & technology solutions company looking to onboard a Senior Business Development Manager to drive institutional sales in the FX crypto metals energy and indices sectors.
Location: RemoteHybrid / Dubai UAE
Employment Type: Fulltime

We are partnering with an awardwinning liquidity & technology solutions company looking to onboard a Senior Business Development Manager to drive institutional sales in the FX crypto metals energy and indices sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & pursue new institutional clients via cold calling networking & industry contacts
Develop & execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and close highvalue deals
Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into longterm partnerships
Represent the company at global industry events engaging with key decisionmakers
Expand the Introducing Brokers (IB) network through incentive programs & partnerships
Monitor market trends & regulatory changes refining sales strategies accordingly
Track sales activities & performance metrics via CRM tools (Salesforce)
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
5 years of direct sales experience in the FX industry specifically in liquidity solutions
Proven track record of closing large deals & exceeding sales targets
Strong network of institutional clients (banks hedge funds trading firms etc.)
Experience with Introducing Brokers & expanding IB networks
Exceptional sales negotiation & closing skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
Proficiency in CRM & sales analytics tools (Salesforce etc.)
