Job Description

Position: Admin Ops Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of human resources solutions and services in the United Arab Emirates. We specialize in providing highquality staffing recruitment and outsourcing services to various industries with a particular focus on the oil and gas sector. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Ops professional to join our team in Sharjah United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our companys operations with a focus on the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the operations team including scheduling meetings managing calendars and handling correspondence. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Maintain accurate records and files both electronic and physical. Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as needed. Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports. Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Assist in the preparation and execution of events and conferences. Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment. Handle any other administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role preferably in the oil and gas industry. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is a plus.
