Job Description
The Numuw UAE Future Leaders Program (under the Nafis program) aims to empower national human resources in the UAE labour market and to supervise programmes that qualify these resources in line with the requirements of the labour market in priority strategic sectors in cooperation and coordination with the concerned authorities in order to enhance the participation of national human resources in approved jobs and seek to enroll UAE Nationals in the private sector and ensure their continuity of work to achieve their professional and practical aspirations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in (Economics Finance Business or Engineering field)
- Masters degree is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and in English (written and verbal)
- Emirati national
- amenable to mobilisation to Dubai and Abu Dhabi per project requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Analytical and quantitative problemsolving skills
- Ability to adapt rapidly and work on a range of different business areas within a challenging environment and tight deadlines
Additional Information :
Please be aware that Sia Partners requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated against COVID19 as a condition of employment. Fully vaccinated means that the individual can provide acceptable proof that the individual has received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the individuals start date either the second dose of a twodose COVID19 vaccine or one dose of a singledose COVID19 vaccine.
