Job Description
The opportunity:
We are looking for a creative new colleague to strengthen the Growth Marketing Team in our Dubai office. Superb organizational skills and an eye for detail are a must for this position. You will gain experience working on different types of events; collaborating with crossfunctional teams and actively contribute to the growth of the company.
As a Field Marketing Manager (SaaS) you will be responsible for:
- Organizing each event from conception to planning through execution and postmortem
- Selecting the right 3rd party vendors to supply the services required for each event
- Working with external vendors to design the structure of the booth and all other designs needed for each event (digital and/or physical)
- Regularly and effectively communicating the progress of each project to the relevant stakeholders
- Briefing each team member about your expectations and their responsibilities for each event
- Producing the copy for the marketing collaterals in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
- Booking the logistics for each event (flights hotels catering etc.)
- Managing the budget for each event (forecast actuals)
Qualifications :
Our ideal Field Marketing Manager (SaaS) will have:
- 3 years of experience organizing events (both online and offline)
- A bachelor in Marketing Communications Advertising Business Management or Public Relations
- Project Management certifications from recognized organizations
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels both internally and externally
- Highly detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to each event
- Proactive attitude towards new initiatives and a desire to test out new ideas
- Knowledge of Project Management best practices
- Fluent English (written and spoken). Any other language will be considered an asset
