Job Description

Were on the lookout for a driven and detailfocused Talent Acquisition Executive to help us find and hire exceptional talent across the hospitality industry. As a key player in our recruitment team youll be responsible for identifying and attracting toptier candidates supporting the hiring process and contributing to our positive employer brand. Were looking for someone whos proactive knows the ins and outs of recruitment and is ready to make an impact.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Talent Sourcing: Hunt down the best candidates across multiple platforms from job boards and agencies to networking and social media.
  • Screening & Interviews: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit.
  • Job Advertising: Craft enticing job ads that not only showcase the role but also reflect Ennismores values and culture.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategies for quick quality hires.
  • Onboarding: Help new hires hit the ground running with a smooth onboarding process ensuring theyre set up for success.
  • Employer Branding: Deliver a memorable candidate experience to strengthen Banyan Tree Dubais employer brand.
  • Compliance: Keep everything above board ensuring all recruitment practices align with local labor laws and company policies for fair and equal hiring.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably within the hospitality industry. Experience in sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles is essential.
  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage candidates effectively.
  • A solid understanding of recruitment processes tools and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices in the UAE.
