Job Description
- Greet and assist guests providing information about services and ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Keep spa facilities treatment rooms and public areas clean and sanitized.
- Help therapists prepare rooms and maintain a comfortable environment during treatments.
- Monitor and restock spa products towels and linens.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests.
- Assist with appointment scheduling guest inquiries and payments.
- Provide guests with comfort items like robes slippers and refreshments.
- Maintain a relaxing atmosphere with appropriate lighting music and temperature.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in spa services or hospitality can be beneficial.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service especially in a spa or wellness setting.
- Excellent communication attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to stand walk and perform physical tasks for long periods.
- Friendly approachable calm and patient demeanor.
- Knowledge of spa products services and basic administrative tasks.
