We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in wealth management, digital assets, and cryptocurrency. The role requires a strong understanding of digital journeys, collaboration with UX/UI design teams, and familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital wealth and cryptocurrency solutions.
- Lead the design and delivery of digital journeys in partnership with UX/UI teams, ensuring seamless and user-centric experiences.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Provide expertise in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and wealth management platforms to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage and support projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation to optimize business operations and platform performance.
- Assist in system testing, integration, and validation to ensure solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
Qualifications And Experience
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital wealth, digital assets, and cryptocurrency.
- Proven track record of working on digital journeys and collaborating with UX/UI design teams.
- In-depth knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

1. Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management
- Analyze Client Portfolios: Review and analyze clients' existing investment portfolios, assessing their performance and alignment with the client’s financial goals.
- Investment Research: Conduct research on different asset classes (stocks, bonds, real estate, private equity, etc.) and provide insights on potential investment opportunities.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate risk exposure and recommend changes to asset allocation to ensure a balanced and diversified portfolio that aligns with the client's risk tolerance and objectives.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to project future asset growth, returns, and portfolio performance.
2. Client Advisory Support
- Prepare Reports: Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance, investment strategies, and market trends for clients and wealth managers.
- Support Wealth Managers: Provide analytical support to wealth managers and financial advisors when making decisions on investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and other wealth management services.
- Investment Recommendations: Based on research and analysis, provide recommendations regarding potential investments, asset allocation changes, and strategies to improve portfolio performance.
- Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans that encompass retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and other areas critical to the wealth management process.
3. Market and Economic Research
- Macro and Microeconomic Research: Stay informed on broader economic trends, fiscal policies, market conditions, and industry developments that may impact clients’ portfolios.
- Asset Class Analysis: Evaluate the performance and outlook of different asset classes, such as equities, fixed income, commodities, and alternative investments.
- Market Sentiment: Analyze market sentiment and investor behavior to identify emerging trends or risks that could affect clients’ financial positions.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor Portfolio Performance: Track portfolio performance and assess whether it is meeting client objectives. Provide performance updates and recommendations for adjustments.
- Benchmarking: Compare portfolio performance to appropriate benchmarks (e.g., market indices) to determine if the portfolio is performing well relative to the market.
- Client Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports for clients, including information on returns, asset allocation, and overall portfolio health.
5. Risk Management and Compliance
- Assess Risks: Continuously evaluate market risks and help clients understand potential risks to their portfolios, such as market downturns, inflation, and interest rate changes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the investment strategies and portfolios comply with relevant regulations and laws governing the financial industry (e.g., SEC, FINRA, or international regulations).
- Portfolio Diversification: Advise on portfolio diversification strategies to minimize risk and improve stability.
