Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • The candidate should be able to assist in account reconciliation, period closing and VAT returns submission.
  • Building integration with Legacy systems
  • Handling SQL Queries
  • XML Templates
  • Building Alerts and personalization

The Following Certification Is a Plus

  • ITIL
  • Project Management certified (PMP, Agile and so on) is a plus

    • Oracle Financials Cloud is part of the Oracle ERP Cloud, a comprehensive suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. It provides advanced financial management capabilities to support the entire financial lifecycle of an organization, from general ledger to financial reporting.

    Key modules in Oracle Financials Cloud include:

    • General Ledger (GL): Centralized financial reporting and management, including chart of accounts, journal entries, and period close activities.
    • Accounts Payable (AP): Manages vendor invoices, payments, and supplier relationships, automating processes like invoice matching and payment approvals.
    • Accounts Receivable (AR): Manages customer invoices, receipts, credit management, and collections, ensuring accurate billing and payments.
    • Fixed Assets (FA): Manages the lifecycle of physical assets, including acquisitions, depreciation, and disposals, with the ability to track assets for tax and financial reporting.
    • Cash Management (CM): Helps organizations manage liquidity, reconcile bank accounts, and track cash inflows and outflows.
    • Expense Management (EM): Streamlines employee expense reporting and approval, ensuring compliance with company policies.
