Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and organize the warehouse operation from the ground up for a 2500 m facility.
- Recruit train and manage a team of 15 warehouse personnel.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes workflows and inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and safety regulations in warehouse logistics.
- Oversee inventory accuracy stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness organization and security within the warehouse.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Utilize technology and systems to optimize warehouse operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Warehouse Manager managing a facility of 2500 m or larger.
- Team Management: Proven experience managing a team of at least 15 people.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse processes inventory management and logistics.
- Languages: Proficiency in Russian and English is mandatory for effective communication.
- Technology: Proficient in using PCs and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong organizational leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in warehouse operations.
