Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978 Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management Hospitality General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction Mining Oil and Gas industries.
We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Application Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Scope:
The role involves providing technical and functional support for software applications particularly theYardi System ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide firstline support for software applications with a primary focus on Yardi System.
- Troubleshoot analyze and resolve system and applicationrelated issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with endusers to understand their needs and provide guidance on systemfunctionalities.
- Conduct user training sessions on system usage and best practices ensuring effective adoption oftools.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvements or updates.
- Liaise with the IT team or external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in the setup configuration and customization of the Yardi System and other softwareapplications.
- Document issues solutions and processes to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Support system upgrades patches and new installations by performing testing and providingfeedback.
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and security within the supported systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards as requested by various departments
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in Application Support or a similar role.
- Handson experience with Yardi System is highly preferred
