Exciting Opportunity: Data Architect (Remote Dubai Bank)
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join a renowned bank based in Dubai with remote work flexibility. If you have a passion for designing innovative data solutions and thrive in a collaborative fastpaced environment this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design data models pipelines and endtoend architecture
- Implement data solutions that ensure accuracy scalability and security
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective data strategies
- Lead and mentor Data Engineers in pipeline design optimization and troubleshooting
- Drive capacity planning and cost optimization for Azure cloud services
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies for quality and security
Qualifications:
- 15 years of IT experience with at least 7 years in data architecture
- Strong expertise in Cloudera Apache Kafka Azure Data Services (ADF Databricks Cosmos DB)
- Handson experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cosmos DB)
- Proven success in designing highperformance scalable data architectures
- Experience with batch and streaming data pipelines using Databricks Spark Kafka
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field
