At Deriv were pioneering the next generation of digital experiences in the trading world. Were looking for a visionary designer who can think beyond aesthetics and translate our brand into compelling web interfaces that drive user engagement and business growth.
On a given day you will:
- Spearhead the visual strategy for our core digital presence crafting designs that captivate and convert
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build intuitive usercentric interfaces that enhance the trading experience
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across our platforms
- Push the boundaries of Webflow creating complex highperformance websites that set new industry standards
- Analyse user behaviour and leverage data to inform design decisions that boost engagement and conversions
- Mentor and inspire fellow designers elevating the quality of our entire design output

- Have experience with design systems and can apply systematic thinking to your work
- Bring handson knowledge of HTML/CSS to streamline collaboration with developers
- Have a keen eye for detail and consistently deliver pixelperfect designs
