ROLE PROFILE
- Prepare reports and schedule of all the future maintenance activities in coordination with the store and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct store inspections in line with annual maintenance plans and agreement terms.
- Prepare reports on issues related to contractor performance for timely resolution and improvements and provide support for incidents in a timely manner and take appropriate initiatives in case of emergencies.
- Handle the stock of maintenance consumables and critical spare parts to ensure availability at all times.
- Maintain communication in compiling the documents related to maintenance and equipment activities as per the internal guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Relevant maintenance certification is preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience, 1+ years in the retail industry
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Good problem-solving skills and project management skills
