Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading employer brand in the UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Large Format Print Technician to support a vibrant calendar of yearround events. In this role you ll operate and maintain advanced largeformat digital printing equipment (up to 3.2m) ensuring every project ranging from banners and signage to event graphics and marketing collateral is delivered on time and meets the highest quality standards. Your craftsmanship will directly enhance the visual impact of corporate events product launches and brand activations contributing to a compelling audience experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate largeformat digital printers handling diverse materials such as vinyl fabric and paper.
Produce highquality signage banners kiosk panels brochures and promotional items aligned with event themes and branding guidelines.
Calibrate equipment for precise ink flow alignment and color accuracy to maintain outstanding print quality.
Collaborate closely with design teams and event coordinators to deliver final outputs that meet project specifications and deadlines.
Conduct routine maintenance troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth printer operations to minimize downtime.
Efficiently manage multiple print jobs in a fastpaced environment prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records including inventory job logs and equipment usage for transparent reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Technology/Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of handson experience in largeformat digital printing.
Proven track record of producing eventrelated prints (banners signage collateral) with consistent quality.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or related design software.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with largeformat printers plotters and finishing equipment.
Excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
