Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven FitOut Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales of our design and fitout services working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their vision. You will be the key point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to project completion ensuring smooth communication and the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the design and fitout sector through networking referrals and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients architects contractors and designers.
- Conduct indepth consultations with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored design and fitout solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals including cost estimates timelines and design concepts.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the design project management and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor activities and new design innovations.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities including leads opportunities and closed deals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design Business or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales preferably within the design architecture or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of design and fitout processes including knowledge of materials finishes and project timelines.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Experience:
- At least 3 years (Required in Fit out)
