ITP Media Group s events division is looking for a talented Event Sales Executive to support its hardworking fastmoving events team. The ideal candidate will have previously held an administrative role for at least two years will be a clear proactive communicator and will be confident working on multiple projects at a time.
Requirements
The Event Sales Executive will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Driving ticket sales and following up on outstanding payments
- Leading the team to ensure event and quarterly sales targets are achieved
- Providing administrative support to the events team across both business and consumer brands
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the events team has all the necessary resources for successful event execution while collaborating with the Editorial and Commercial teams when needed
- Creating managing and distributing forms and reports to track information and drive ticket sales utilising Microsoft Excel and Word
- Conducting postevent followup with sponsors and attendees including preparing sponsor reports and sharing event photos when required
- Providing onsite support to the team during events

Knowledge and Proficiency: Proficient in creating new opportunity and sale presentations as directed by the General Manager - assisting in path planning, project management, client relations, budgeting, reporting, and general administration. Skilled in sourcing and synthesising information from diverse sources. Proficient in managing partnership packages to ensure delivery of promised print, digital, and social outputs. Knowledge of all integral systems Trello, Zoho, Google Drive, Magnet (training provided) Knowledge of the internal order approval system, key contacts, and paperwork requirements (training provided) Management of the internal month-end closing process across the group Proficient in creating post campaign reports and analysis for key accounts within the group. Management Responsibilities: Management of order workflow across commercial and editorial team - managing editorial and commercial operations across digital, print, and experiential businesses, overseeing resource allocation to achieve targets. Management of Trello across commercial and editorial team - supporting commercial and PR content requests, tracking deliverables, and ensuring editorial commitments are met. Opportunity to represent the brands at key industry events. Project and Account Management: Assist in managing wider teams' projects and accounts throughout their leave periods as needed - acting as a primary liaison across departments, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating matters as needed. Establishing, implementing, and supporting the brands events calendar, working and follow-up files for the teams. Assist the teams pre, during, and post-events (guest management, logistics, operations, communication, information, and material management). Supporting the delivery and attending brand events across the group where needed. Media Planning and Relationship Management: Independently conduct media planning based on client briefs and foster relationships to drive comprehensive annual planning whilst identifying commercial opportunities for optimal brand investment.
