The Graphic Designer at Al-Futtaim Technologies (AFT) is pivotal in enhancing the company's market positioning and client engagement through expert visual communication and graphic design. This position is instrumental in developing innovative and appealing graphic designs that align with and elevate AFT's brand identity and strategic communication goals.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creatively shaping the presentation of technical and commercial proposals. By distinguishing AFT from its competitors, the designer ensures that each proposal visually communicates the unique benefits and relevance of AFT’s technical solutions. This involves actively contributing to the design process to make proposals more appealing and engaging for clients during the tendering and presentation stages. Additionally, the role includes generating video cases and beautifying past references to enhance proposal attractiveness and effectiveness. These efforts aim to provide a dynamic and visually compelling showcase of AFT’s capabilities and achievements, thus helping capture and retain client interest. By standardising proposal templates, creating impactful sales visuals, and supporting targeted marketing campaigns, the Graphic Designer ensures a cohesive and engaging brand experience across all platforms. This includes designing graphics for business proposals, sales presentations, marketing materials, and digital content for the website and social media. Through improved visual content highlighting AFT's innovation and industry leadership, the Graphic Designer helps drive higher client engagement, supports successful sales pitches, and enhances AFT's competitive edge in technology.

What you will do:
Proposal Design & Template Standardization
- Design visually compelling and professional templates for business proposals.
- Standardize proposal formats to ensure consistency and alignment with AFT’s branding.
- Collaborate with the business team to align templates with strategic goals.
Sales Enablement Support
- Create customized graphics, presentations, and infographics for sales pitches and client demos.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling visual content.
- Develop visuals to simplify complex solutions and data.
AFT Company Profile
- Design a summarised AFT company profile by taking inputs from business leaders
- Design business-specific company profiles to assist the sales team during their presentation.
Website & Digital Content Design
- Design graphics for website updates, including banners, landing pages, and digital content.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to ensure the website is visually appealing and current.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Design graphics for marketing campaigns, email promotions, and social media posts.
- Ensure visuals align with overall marketing strategies and corporate branding.
Desired candidate profile

Technical Expertise and Growth

Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
Minimum Requirements / Experience:
- Professional Experience: Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in creating graphics for marketing, sales, and digital content, particularly in an IT or technology-focused environment. Familiarity with enterprise branding and marketing strategies is beneficial.
