Job Description
Our client is a leading luxury retail furniture design company known for our exceptional craftsmanship and innovative designs. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our clients team in SHARJAH
Job Summary: As a Project Manager you will oversee the execution of furniture design projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. You will collaborate closely with design production and sales teams to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency while managing resources schedules and client relationships. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for details:
- Collaborate with designers to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to oversee the execution and quality control of furniture design projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring timely submission and delivery of products.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project execution.
- Prepare and present project proposals reports and documentation as required.
- Foster strong relationships with clients stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in project management preferably in the luxury furniture or retail design industry.
