We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Commercial Team at One&Only The Palm, Dubai. The ideal candidate will craft visually stunning designs that highlight the essence of One&Only The Palm’s luxurious resort experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create branding and design assets for our dining outlets, including menus, promotional materials, and event collateral that reflect the distinctive style and offerings of each venue.
- Design immersive graphics and digital assets for the resort's wellness areas, enhancing the spa's brand through thoughtful visuals and advertising materials that emphasize tranquillity and relaxation.
- Develop engaging, platform-optimized content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat that maintains visual cohesion.
- Collaborate on end-to-end creative for resort-wide campaigns and seasonal promotions, from ideation and design to execution, covering digital ads, print assets, and on-site event graphics.
- Design visually compelling and responsive email marketing templates that captivate recipients and drive engagement, ensuring they align with our brand’s look and feel.
- Manage and edit visual content, enhancing both photos and videos to uphold brand standards and create a seamless, luxurious aesthetic across all media.
- Design brochures, flyers, and other print collateral for various resort areas, ensuring high-quality print standards and a cohesive brand look across physical materials.
- Maintain an organized digital library of all created assets, making it easy to access and repurpose visuals for different platforms, ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.
- Design visual assets for on-site brand activations and pop-up events, coordinating closely with event and marketing teams to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Collaborate on branding seasonal activations, creating cohesive visuals that reflect the seasonal aesthetic while remaining on-brand.
- Work closely with multiple departments across the resort, including Sales, F&B, Wellness, Guest Experience, to brainstorm and develop designs that meet the specific needs and elevate the aesthetics of each area.
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in ultra-luxury hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Skilled in both static and dynamic visual content creation, with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Experience with photo and video editing for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of design for digital marketing, including responsive web and mobile design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
