Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Standardize and optimize product delivery processes for seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Maintain and update product knowledge and skills through continuous learning and feedback loops.
  • Ensure project assignments are completed on time with high-quality results.
  • Support client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Finance, CRM, Technical, or ERP deployments.
  • Strong business process knowledge and ability to manage software delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and work well under pressure.
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to understand client requirements and define project scope.

  • Implementation Planning: Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource needs.

  • System Configuration: Configure software or systems to meet client specifications, ensuring alignment with best practices.

  • Data Migration: Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data transfer.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure that the system meets functional requirements and is ready for deployment.

  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to address any questions or issues.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address concerns.

  • Post-Implementation Review: Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides for reference.
