Job Description
Director of Talent & Culture
We are looking for a dynamic leader who is truly passionate about all aspects of talent & culture operations and who has a strategic vision and an exceptional ability to drive results for both heartists and the brand to communicate effectively and to inspire others.
What you will be doing:
- Lead andoversee the daytoday operations of the Talent & Culture Department and collaborate with senior leadership on the implementation of the human resources strategy
- Promote positive colleagues relations through an environment that encourages open communication trust mutual respect and fun
- Play an integral role in the Executive Committee with a particular emphasis on coaching support employee relations and overseeing all aspects of administration and reporting
- Oversee the administration of talent & culture programs including but not limited to compensation benefits and leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity recognition and morale; and training and development
- Oversee and manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Challenge the status quo on how we can improve the way we do things to create an even better guest and employee experience with a strong focus on engagement activities.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as Director of HR preferably for a reputed Resort in UAE.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Should be a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate HR Personality with a strong focus on employee engagement
