Job Description
Our client is a leading luxury fine dining restaurant & lounge in Dubai is looking for an experienced Reservations Manager.
What will you do
- Manage the reservation system including table assignments seating arrangements and guest preferences
- Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Train and mentor staff on the reservation system and provide ongoing support
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience
What are we looking for
- 3 years of experience in managing reservations and guest services for a fine dining restaurant in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fastpaced environment
- Strong knowledge of reservation and guest services systems
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
