Roles and responsibilities

    • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to better understand the sales landscape.
    • Provide feedback to the company on customer preferences, potential new products, or service improvements.
  6. Post-Sales Support:

    • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after sales and addressing any post-sale issues.
    • Handle customer complaints and work with internal teams to provide solutions.
  7. Team Collaboration:
