Job Description
- Manages the receipt inspection and documentation of all hotel deliveries ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Goods Receipt: Inspect and verify deliveries against purchase orders; report discrepancies and damages.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records and organize received goods; assist with inventory counts.
- Documentation: Prepare and process receiving reports and related paperwork.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery issues and schedules.
- Compliance: Follow health safety and hotel policies during goods handling.
- Collaboration: Work with purchasing and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics.
- Qualifications:
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
- 23 years of experience in procurement or logistics preferably in hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with inventory management software.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and work in various conditions.
