Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter Dubai
THE MISSION
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our staff As a Staff Housing Attendant you will be essential in managing our accommodation facilities and supporting our team with dedication and efficiency.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Execute carpentry and related work to the highest professional standards throughout the entire complex ensuring everything is in top condition .
- Administer the Accommodation Office handling all administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly .
- Oversee the daily cleaning of public areas and address any housing issues inquiries or complaints with contractors and suppliers .
- Follow up on housing maintenance requests to ensure timely and effective resolutions .
- Attend the regular accommodation inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations .
- Escort employees to and from the airport as needed and provide a comprehensive orientation on accommodation rules and policies .
- Manage stock and order supplies to maintain all necessary items .
- Plan and coordinate accommodation assignments based on nationality gender position and arrival date ensuring fair allocation .
- Maintain a safe environment address any policy or legal violations and provide feedback to the People & Culture Manager .
