Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Technical Assistance

  • Assist and advise the Product Owner (PO) on critical technical decisions.
  • Collaborate with POs to prioritize stories related to technical debt and technical enablers for business features.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning, ensuring visibility for both business and technical items.
  • Ensure support operating model works as per design by holding external providers and relevant Agthia employees accountable to it.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, including business owners, product managers, scrum masters, and other team members.
  • Support teams in making important technical decisions.
  • Identify and help resolve cross-team dependencies.
  • Assist in backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
  • Manages expectations of D&T top management regarding their product

PO Advisor

  • Understand POs needs, from a technical and business perspective.
  • Effectively communicate technical solutions, dependencies, and engineering complexities to non-technical stakeholders.

General (Advanced) Technical Ownership

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects for complex technical products.
  • Develop and manage a single technical backlog for all teams.
  • Create and manage architecture roadmap, guiding changes consistently across multiple groups.
  • Schedule technical spikes or architectural changes ahead of dependent functional commitments.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical background in Microsoft Products & Services, with a focus on Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting ideas and receiving feedback.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to inspire creativity in technical solutions.
  • Experience in effectively managing stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile & Scrum with prior experience in working in and leading Agile teams.

  7. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis abilities to assess product performance and make informed decisions based on metrics and user feedback.

  8. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges and obstacles in product development and develop effective solutions.

  9. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to convey product requirements and updates clearly to the team and stakeholders.

  10. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of product features.

  11. Market Awareness: Understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product strategy.

  12. Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in product management.
