Job Description
Job Summary & Purpose:
The Solar Photovoltaic Installer will assemble install and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems
Job Description:
1. Installing & maintaining panels on the roof of a residential home or corporate office & for ground mountprojects.
2.Assembles and installs solar panels Solar Inverter on roofs and other structures.
3.Reading blueprints and schematics to place panels correctly.
4.Tests operating voltages; calibrates to ensure systems are within acceptable power limits.
5.Lifting heavy materials climbing ladders and moving about on roofs.
6.Cutting fitting and connecting multiple panels.
7.Performs routine maintenance/cleaning on PV systems and other related duties as assigned.
8.Required traveling to different sites all over UAE for troubleshooting system issues operation & maintenance purposes and solar offgrid/ongrid/hybrid system installation
Requirements
Experience (Yrs & Field) : Minimum 2 years experience in Solar panel fittings Previous solarrelated experience preferred.
Educational Qualification: High school or ITI Industrial Training
Professional Certifications : Knowledge of solar panels Inverters.
Skills & Abilities
Extensive knowledge of PV equipment and installation.
Extensive knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to read building plans.
Ability to read equipment manuals.
Ability to use hand and power tools to install PV panels.
